Vertical Chimney Care, which was originally known as Early Times Home Solutions, is another sister company of Feldco, specializing in chimney cleaning and masonry. When I first started with the company, I worked on design projects using the original branding. About a year later, the company decided to go through a full rebrand, but the new image didn’t quite land at first. Over time, we made adjustments and fine-tuned the look to create a warmer, more welcoming vibe that connected better with customers.
OOH MARKETING
I designed billboards for Vertical Chimney Care’s outdoor campaigns, creating bold, eye-catching visuals that highlighted the company’s expertise in chimney cleaning and masonry, effectively boosting visibility around Chicagoland.
DIRECT MAIL
Direct mail was a key component of Vertical Chimney Care’s marketing strategy. I designed several pieces, including Money Mailer, Homemag, Valpak, and Save On, to promote the company’s services and seasonal deals, driving customer engagement.
PRINT COLLATERAL
I also created brochures for customer visits, simplifying the presentation of services in an easy-to-read format that reinforced the company’s expertise. These materials helped the sales team provide a professional, informative experience.
PHOTOGRAPHY MANIPULATION
To maintain seasonal relevance, I used photo manipulation to adjust visuals for warmer and colder months. I also explored motion graphics, creating animations for videos and digital materials to add a dynamic, fresh touch to the brand.
SOCIAL MEDIA
In addition to design, I temporarily managed Vertical Chimney Care’s social media, creating engaging content and visuals to boost brand awareness, maintain an active online presence, and strengthen customer relationships.
